Maintains charge using cables provided. Works using transmitter alone. Very easy to use. Materials seem solid. Volume is underwhelming in loud road noise conditions.

Had no problems with it. Used it with my iPhone 4 to charge and listen to my music through the stereo speakers of my car and all is good. Great price.

This doesn't charge the iPhone 4 even though it is advertised as such. When you plug it in, the iPhone says it is not a supported charging device. The FM transmitter is also extremely poor - basically unusable in a car. I have a FM transmitter for an older generation iPod and it works well. I bought this because that transmitter doesn't work with iPhone 4 hoping I wouldn't have to lug my iPod with me. I would have returned this product if it was worth the cost of shipping it back.
